David A. Plummer
President & Chief Executive Officer
David A. Plummer is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Probity Medical Transcription. David established the company in 2003 after two decades in the healthcare service industry. Since then he has overseen its growth to its current status among the Top 20 Medical Transcription Service Organizations in the United States based on top-line revenue.

Most recently, David spent ten years in senior management roles at Medquist and its predecessor companies. In his role as an operational Regional Vice President, he managed over $90M of revenue and a staff of 2,000 in 2003. Prior to that, he served as National Vice President, Healthcare Systems; Senior Vice President, Eastern Group; and Vice President Sales & Marketing. He is a frequent convention speaker and contributor to industry publications.

David lives in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife Maureen and two sons.

Leron L. Lehman
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Leron has been involved with Probity as a close advisor since its establishment in 2003. He joined the Company’s management team as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May, 2007, with over 10 years of experience in public accounting. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for a venture-backed telecommunications start-up which successfully raised in excess of $50 million of capital, developed significant intellectual property, and took a full suite of innovative products to market. Leron’s experience also includes his role as Chief Operating Officer for a venture-backed software start-up where he was intimately involved with all aspects of the business.

Leron is active in various industry and community organizations including the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative and has authored various articles on subjects affecting start-up and growth companies. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Messiah College.

Leron lives in Mechanicsburg, PA with his wife Christine and their three children.

Greg Pantelis
Vice President of Sales
Greg joined Probity Medical Transcription as Vice President of Sales in 2007, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the healthcare technology sales and marketing field. Greg has an extensive track record as a top performer in sales and marketing with healthcare industry firms including Dictaphone, Lanier and SoftMed. He has also held senior management roles in Operations and Account Management with MedQuist. Immediately prior to joining Probity, Greg served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and COO for AEON Insurance Group.

Greg lives in Carmel, CA.

Maureen Brouse
Vice President of Operations
Maureen joined Probity in December 2005 as the Client Relations Manager.  She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2006 and has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Operations.  Maureen has overseen the company’s growth as it doubled in size twice in her tenure. With 24 years of experience in the medical transcription industry, she has worked in all aspects of the medical transcription field. 

Maureen lives in Mechanicsburg, PA with her husband Stewart and three children.

Marianne Lucas
Operations Manager
Marianne joined the company in 2007 after having served as Transcription Manager for eight years at a large Pennsylvania hospital network consisting of three acute care facilities. Prior to that position, she served as Director of Physician Services for MedQuist. She is a cum laude graduate of Campbell University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the American Health Data Institute.

Marianne lives in Pennsylvania’s Bucks County with her son.

Ava Onisick
Recruiting and Client Implementation Manager
Ava joined the company in 2007 when the transcription business of Health Information First was acquired by Probity.  Ava has responsibility for client implementations and recruitment of Medical Transcriptionists. Previously, she served as a Vice President of Operations for MedQuist in the
Mid-Atlantic area and as Vice President of Administration and Finance for Signal Transcription.

Ava lives in Owings Mills, Maryland near her three grown sons.
