David A. Plummer
President & Chief Executive Officer
David A. Plummer is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Probity Medical Transcription. David established the company in 2003 after two decades in the healthcare service industry. Since then he has overseen its growth to its current status among the Top 20 Medical Transcription Service Organizations in the United States based on top-line revenue.
Most recently, David spent ten years in senior management roles at Medquist and its predecessor companies. In his role as an operational Regional Vice President, he managed over $90M of revenue and a staff of 2,000 in 2003. Prior to that, he served as National Vice President, Healthcare Systems; Senior Vice President, Eastern Group; and Vice President Sales & Marketing. He is a frequent convention speaker and contributor to industry publications.
David lives in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife Maureen and two sons.
Keith D. Armbrust, CPA
Controller
Keith joined Probity Medical Transcription as the company’s Controller in 2009, bringing with him over three decades of accounting experience. As Controller he is responsible for all activities of the finance department including accounting, billing, treasury, payroll and human resource functions. He oversees and manages key financial relationships including banking and insurance.
Keith has over thirty years experience in the accounting industry. His experience encompasses construction, industrial services, education as well as public accounting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Lycoming College.
Keith and his wife Patty live in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania near their two grown children and two grandchildren.
Ava Onisick
Vice President of Operations
Ava joined the company in 2007 when the transcription business of Health Information First was acquired by Probity. Ava is responsible for oversight of Probity’s service delivery and client satisfaction, including timeliness and accuracy of documentation. She also manages the transcriptionist recruitment and retention areas, workflow, medical transcriptionists and internal operations staff.
Previously, she served as a Vice President of Operations for MedQuist in the
Mid-Atlantic area and as Vice President of Administration and Finance for Signal Transcription. She also served as Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance for a banking consulting firm.
Ava lives in Owings Mills, Maryland near her three grown sons.
Greg Pantelis
Vice President of Sales
Greg joined Probity Medical Transcription as Vice President of Sales in 2007, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the healthcare technology sales and marketing field. Greg has an extensive track record as a top performer in sales and marketing with healthcare industry firms including Dictaphone, Lanier and SoftMed. He has also held senior management roles in Operations and Account Management with MedQuist. Immediately prior to joining Probity, Greg served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and COO for AEON Insurance Group.
Greg lives in Carmel, CA.
Brook Wagner
Manager, Information Systems
Brook has over 25 years experience in healthcare industry IT management. He joined Probity in 2008 after 12 years with MedQuist, where he served as Vice President - Western Technical Group, National Implementation Manager, and Director of Level 2 and Legacy Systems Support. Special assignments involved his working directly with major hospital groups, developing proprietary interfaces, and delivering customized applications for specific client needs. He also had a major role in the operational restructuring of the company. Prior to MedQuist, Brook worked as IT supervisor for a large hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Elizabeth (Liz) Hart
Privacy Officer
Liz Hart joined Probity in 2007 as Technical Coordinator after relocating to Harrisburg from Colorado. Liz brings many years of healthcare industry experience to Probity through her role as Customer Support Analyst and Support Engineer for Dictaphone Corporation's Voice Dictation systems.
In addition to working on new client implementations at Probity, Liz also has taken a leadership role in the acquisition of computer hardware and software and telephone infrastructure as required to keep up with company growth. She provides technical support to all company employees on an as needed basis.
Katrina Zepp
Operations Manager
Katrina joined the company in 2007 when the transcription business of Health Information First was acquired by Probity. As Operations Manager, Katrina has oversight for Probity’s transcription service. She manages the acute-care transcription and QA staff primarily to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Previously, Katrina served as a Client Service Center Manager for MedQuist, managing the day-to-day operations in the Roanoke, VA office. Prior to that, she was Department Director of Radiology for an acute-care facility in Alabama.
